Director's Statement
Two Stars was born from an intimate and unique story, yet one recognisable to those who have grown up in families marked by immigration, hard work and the search for a better future. Sergio faces the decision to close the hotel his parents founded thirty years ago. It addresses an intergenerational issue: immigrant parents who build a life for their children, and children who must decide whether to carry on or let go.
