Open call
Amplifying voices of filmmakers, storytellers and visual artists from all over the world.
“We are looking for stories that matter.”
Found on a bridge
Be the change we need.
Not every manifesto is signed. If your work speaks with that same directness, we want to see it.

AnotherStory is not an open upload platform. We function as a digital gallery, curating a selection of independent cinema, documentaries, experimental video art, and visual essays.
We are currently in our Beta Phase, looking for distinctive voices to shape our initial catalogue.
What we are looking for
Distinctive voices, visual depth
Documentary & Hybrid
Stories rooted in reality but told with a cinematic or poetic eye.
Experimental & Video Art
Works that challenge linear narrative and explore the moving image.
Short Films
Fiction or animation with a strong aesthetic signature.

Questions & Answers
Anyone who believes in visual storytelling. We don't care if you have a long portfolio or if this is your first work: we're looking for authenticity, not reputation.
Short films, creative docs, experimental pieces, visual essays, bold branded content, auteur animation, hybrid formats. We want what's real, visually striking, narratively brave. No corporate stuff. No standard commercials.
Because we're not just a platform — we're a curatorial and editorial project with a clear vision. Featured work gains curated exposure and connection to a network of curators, festivals, museums, galleries, brands, and platforms.
Simple but rigorous. You send us a link and a short intro. We watch everything. If we are interested, we contact you. Reviews occur at our own pace, with care.
Preferably yes, especially for premieres. But we also consider works already shown elsewhere — if we believe they deserve a new spotlight.
For curated films: editorial exposure and distribution through our platform and network. For commissioned or editorial partnerships: fees, licenses, or co-production arrangements depending on the project.
We get in touch, we talk, we present the project properly, and we find the best way to highlight your work. Every author is different. So is every journey.
It happens. But it's not a closed door. Timing or fit may vary. We save resonant work and continue conversations if creators remain open.
Yes. We embrace hybrid formats: visual writing, narrative soundscapes, animation, photography, short form, transmedia projects.
